"Very nice hosts! We were allowed to go to our room 2 hours early and even after checking out we were able to use the beautiful roof terrace with sun loungers. The furnishings are generally quite new and of high quality. Great location close to the beach and the large harbor - ideal for combining with a cruise. The rooms are large and breakfast has plenty of choice and is delicious!"

"We were treated poorly over the phone when we called to clarify a question about our stay. First of all, you should be polite and courteous when answering a call from someone you don't know who has booked a stay. Second, every stay should have a minimum level of service since you are offering and charging for a service, which, incidentally, doesn't have a TV. But this gentleman couldn't respond the way he did (you come here to disconnect, tell your husband to watch the football at home). It's not a correct or respectful response because I don't have to justify anything about my stay, sir. Therefore, we automatically canceled the reservation because obviously no one deserves that kind of treatment. If you were having a bad day or that's just how you are, you'd be better off doing something else and not dealing with people publicly. I hope this helps someone because a potentially ideal stay could be ruined by a rude person."

"To be honest the location of the hotel is perfect. You can stay in Palma- old city then if you have a car you can enjoy and go anywhere you want so you can both see both side old city & playas( south of the island) - when it comes to the hotel, of course they are 3 star and it was high then our expectations.. breakfast is not strong but if you want to start to the day with something more than coffee and croissants it is good.. cleanliness and amenities are good for a 3 star hotel, also thank you so much for the lady who works in night shift- she was so kind and helpful."
