"A great choice of hotel for good value while also being conveniently located to access the city centre. The staff here are wonderful too. On this occasion we visited during (another) record breaking heatwave and were placed in a room on the top floor. On the second night the room got so hot that we couldn't manage it with my husband's health issues, despite the staff's best efforts to keep the room cool. Scott was able to sort a room for us on the ground floor that was significantly cooler and meant that we didn't have to cut our trip short and drive home during the night. We were so grateful to Scott for sorting this for us, he really went above and beyond to accommodate us. Definitely recommend staying here!"
