"The sofa in the room was full of stains, just like the public seating in a small diner. One day, I was out all day and came back at 5 PM to find the room hadn't been cleaned. When you press the 'down' button for the hotel elevator, both 'up' and 'down' lights illuminate simultaneously, so you never know if it's going up or down when it arrives. Guests stood at the front desk for a long time, but the staff didn't even bother to ask if they needed help, just busy with their own things. There was also a long hair left by the previous guest on the sink."

It starts pretty early in the morning, and while their singing might be a bit off-key, they definitely make up for it with spirit and strong voices!"
