"It took be about an hour to queue to check in although its only 3 or 4 customers in front of me. I booked a superior king bed room, however I was given a twin bed room even though it questioned it during check in with the staff name goure ji, she confirmed its a king bed room and asked me to ignored the category. Based on advertised and pictures on official website, there was a small sofa in the room. But it was not available. It was really a disappointment."

"The hygiene conditions are quite good. The common area near the entrance has clean sheets, tissues, toilet paper, disposable paper cups, a water dispenser, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a communal kitchen, which is reassuring. The front desk also has very pleasant-smelling soap. The location is convenient for those traveling by car, being quite close to the Anton Coffee Factory."

"I have stayed here several times. But in this recent trip, the mattress (obviously old) was uncomfortable and sank under my weight (I'm a petite 46kg!). And the bed might have mites as I kept itching all over. I didn't get a good night's sleep. This hotel is old and any refurbishment should include new mattresses and not just new paint."

"We have enjoy the stay well, just the cleanliness need to improved further. We found bird **** on bedsheet for room for 6 ppl. 3 sparrows were found inside the house. The room aircond also make loud sound during night time, disturbing our sleep. Apart from that, overall is ok. The house have large space for gathering and play."
