this hotel had a terrible bad service 😡They wont allow you to check in as early even though there is already available room. Im not expecting that they will allow us to check in as early like 12nn. But I'm expecting like 1 hour earlier same like other hotels. I dont believe that they dont have room ready as early as 1-2pm as they check out time is 11am. But when i ask the staff how much i need to pay if i want to check in early then suddenly have avaiable room ready. They dont care on their guest even though you have kids sleeping in the lobby. They wont ask you how are you, or are u tired? I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL at all! Kids also you have to pay even sleeping on the same bed.

Spacious room. Good cleaning service. Amenities refill every day. Close to MRT station. Really convenient. Would love go again with friends.

Location is superb, a lot of eateries down the street, convenience stores is just next door. We stayed in two room types, this room type with window is much better than the one without. Bathtub is a plus point especially for winter. Nothing to complain about, I will definitely come back again :)

Good hotel in the middle of a lively night market and many transportations options. The room was spacious and clean and quiet and it was cleaned everyday.

Very clean hotel…family market just beside the main entrance..well positioned with lots of nice food beneath and night market..close to places of attraction..friendly and helpful reception staff…well recommended..

Booked this hotel since the location it’s in the centre of the Hua Xi Night Market. But when we check in our rooms, it looks totally different compared to what they listed their room photos in the Booking Apps. The room is totally disgusting, because there is no door at the toilet. They just use a curtain as a door to cover the toilet. And while we Poop during our stay, all the **** smell goes into the room and there is no ventilation. By the way, we understand that the check out time is at 11:00am and we also follow the hotel rules. But when their stuff knock our door rudely on 10:50am, their attitude is terrible and ask us to check out on 11:00am rudely. The price is not worthy since there are multiple choice with the same price that is much more better than this Hotel.

The hotel was near Longshan station and the night markets. Very convenient. The triple room was spacious with a bathtub.

3 night markets are very conveniently downstairs. Longshan Temple metro station also are just a walk away

The hotel location was just right in a night market with lots of local food stalls and convenience stores. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Due to the flight timing changed, we still got a good price for this last minute room booking for a short rest before we heading to the airport.

Being within walking distance of the night markets meant that guests could easily explore and immerse themselves in the local atmosphere at their leisure. The convenience of returning to the hotel after a night of exploration was a welcome respite, allowing for a restful night's sleep after an eventful day.

Awesome hotel, nearby MRT station, downstair have local night market, a lot of local food to eat. Highly recommended for the hotel, I book for superior double room, rooms are bright enough, corridors are wide and the sound proof effect is really good, amenities is great 👍🏻 they provide free luggage storage for customer who waiting to check in or after check out too.. Have a self service laundry room for us to clean n dry our clothes, it do sell detergent too, hassle free .

The House keeping stuff is so friendly and did a great job ,our room so clean this few day but the bath room and toilet only have curtains to cover don’t have door people poops could hear haha ,the problem is the lobby Counter stuff is BAD SERVICE ,attitude problem… the fifth day is our last day in Taiwan we check out is 11am they said must check out on time if not have to pay 300 tw per hour , then from 10.30am -11am called 2time for check out ,from the first day to the fifth day we stay at the same hotel and the counter Auntie 5days spoke to us with impolite attitude ,she and some of the stuff face look like we owe her 1 million, no smile face ,no eyes contact to us and tone of the voice are not friendly to us, at night time outside the hotel surrounded by mature woman I think is earn money from man ,last we want order Texi from the counter the stuff ask us to go outside near the road to stop Texi ,so this is the first time and also last time to stay here .TQ Not recommended this hotel if people come for holiday their service will ruined holiday mood.

Excellent service and friendly staff! The place is sooooo clean and comfortable. The family room was very spacious. Toilet amenities given are sufficient to use. There's a night market just outside the hotel. Plenty of shopping in that area too. Highly recommend this place
