GG Hotel Bandar Sunway Reviews

The hotel is nearby Sunway Lagoon & Sunway Pyramid. Can easily access to restaurants and metro stops. The hotel even has PS5 at the common area.

Please vacuum the bed, wipe all of the table area also frame bed. Your toilet was so smelly when i just checked in. Everything else is okay. Please take care of CLEANLINESS, not everyone has resistant skin.

Hot water didn't work. No soap available. Basically the house keepers couldn't be bothered. Do yourself a favor and choose from the many other neighbouring hotels.

Good hygiene and good place to stay. Near to the mall and easy to find food.

Clean rooms. Nice for a short staycation in the city. Very near to public transportations and shopping mall. Many eateries available nearby and convenience stores.

Night time 1am when I reached hotel, there is no water supply. Call to front desk, they said need 1 more hour to fix it…it’s make me more exhausted especially for my kids who need rest at that time.

Good - Location was good. Very advance self fully check-in service was good. Bad - But your 5 last digit booking number was not the trip booking number, need to call them and get, or else cannot check in and nobody here to assist. So if the person at whatsapp or calling cannot get. Then you may need to wait and wait and wait. Luckily the pickup was at the second call. Bad - Only 1 card given. Room for 2 person. So means the room card is slot in to the power supply and second person cannot go out. Because you will have no card to come in. And your roommate need to fetch you from ground floor. At least provide extra cars for the convenience of guest. Bad - Toilet-bowl need deep cleaning. Can see the dirt around. Bad - Pool table out of order not repaired. PlayStation machine there but no control to use or play.

Near Sunway lagoon shopping mall and Theme Park. Nearby have a lot of food cafe

Easy Self check in n out by using kiosk. Fast response to call at 5am👍👍need to add on 50 ringit for early check in stay in deluxe double room - queen bed with bathroom. The Room is small but still okay for short trip. Tidy, clean, smell good, just need buy ur own food n toothbrush/toothpaste, towel hair dryer ready. Location is good, near with restaurants/ mall n sunway lagoon/sunway piramid. Only PLEASE improve ur lift lighting..so scary if u r alone inside the dark lift you know 😅

Second time here and still loving to stay here, the location is just the best, 3mins walk to sunway pyramid, and the hotel is quite clean, aircond very cold. On the first floor you can play pool and arcade machine and ps5. It's suitable for either long or short stay, will definitely come again.

The room's ceiling was mouldy and got black spots mark. Room's sound insulation very poor...we can even hear the next door room taking shower.

Location was good as it is in Sunway. For those of you who don’t know, Sunway is a famous student area with access to everything that’s needed. Amenities were standard. The room came with a towel. There were also a number of games for people to play like an arcade, PS5 and pool table. The vending machine, which is also a check-in machine has a huge range of drinks and snacks. The room was small since it’s located above a shop. That’s expected. Clealiness is okay. Nothing luxurious. The self check-in/check-out machine was super easy. Can be done under 5 minutes. Only if you’re on a budget, it is recommended. No complains.
