The room is a little bit old but the environment is fine , the room is big to enough . I booked the single room but when I check in there are not available for me then tmthey give me a 2 bed room for one person.

The hotel is very well located. It is very close to Boa Viagem beach and reasonably close to the center. I think the bathroom could be cleaner, but otherwise everything was great including the breakfast and the friendliness of the hotel staff.

Excellent location, as we went with my daughter to take the SSA entrance exam at UPE. Very varied breakfast and delicious tapioca! Large room with comfortable bed. Paid parking, but as a valet service. We liked it a lot!

The hotel has a nice structure, however, I was given a room accessed by stairs. The elevator didn't reach my floor, which was the sixth. I got off on the fifth and went up two flights of stairs. Without luggage, it wasn't a problem. But getting in and out was a real inconvenience. The receptionist who greeted me barely looked at me and the room smelled musty. I expected more given the name and size of the hotel.

They tricked me. My friend and I made the same reservation by mistake. I tried to cancel one or at least change the date, but the hotel denied it, according to tripadvisor. During our stay, they said they would resolve it. But nothing was resolved.

As always, it was great to stay with them. The team was excellent in terms of organization, education and cleanliness.

Value for money, great cleanliness, rooms without that old smell, everything is great

Fair price, good breakfast. The only downside was that the room next door had a sort of shared door that was closed by the boss, but we could hear the other guests. We reported the inconvenience and were promptly moved to a room without that door.

Very pleasant experience. I had a problem with my vehicle, but the hotel insurance will be activated to reimburse me as soon as I go to the garage, since I stayed for 2 days and there was no time to fix it. Otherwise, the room was tidy and clean, the breakfast food was very good, and the service other than at the reception was excellent. Some of the reception staff were rude, but the others were nice and friendly. The bathroom was clean. I think they could improve on the issue of offering more flexible check-out times.

It was the 2nd time I stayed at the hotel, the service was very good, breakfast was a feast, the only thing I didn't like very much was the mattress, but I will return one day.

I think the hotel is very good and the service the rooms are very clean and the staff are very helpful. beautiful, I love it
