"Although in quite a remote area, this hotel is modern and well finished. We stayed there for 2 nights with a Titan holiday tour. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The room and facilities were fitting a modern 4*. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. The food was average though, with not much choice and there was only one staff in the restaurant for the 47 of us. Crazy! He really tried - but could have used help..."

"We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful quinta. The room was spacious, spotless and had a very comfortable bed. The views on the Douro River from our large balcony was stunning. Good choice for breakfast. We had an amazing time at this hotel. Unfortunately the restaurant does not offer the same level of quality or excellence as the hotel in which it is located. The staff is not efficient and the quality of food is not up to standards"
