Holiday Inn Express SWINDON CITY CENTRE by IHG ★★★
"We booked for my family of three. The cleanliness and comfortability is above expectation and Highly recommend. And If I visit back most possibly book the hotel. However even we booked for three guests there were only two cups for use. They might provide me one more if I asked. But it would be better if that arranged before check in. And the cofee, milk, etc were not filled up after previous use i think. Even after we requests the reception asked us to collect from reception. As We checked in late so I decided not to go back. And another thing they given me only one key card for the room and if I go down I have to take card with me due to lift working only after card scanned and for that time my family have to stay without electricity. So it is even better if they can arrange two cards per room. Bathroom cubical had no door means always when bath the water will flows to other area and that area does not have draining point. So I had to use two towels to the bathroom. However I had nice stay. Thank you.for the team Holiday Express and Trip.com"
Swindon Blunsdon House Hotel, BW Premier Collection ★★★★
"Lovely oldy worldly hotel. Large room, staff friendly. Very busy."
Premier Inn Swindon Town Centre ★★★
"The room's Wi-Fi was very poor, and there was no proactive housekeeping or garbage disposal service regardless of how many nights you stayed."
Holiday Inn SWINDON by IHG ★★★★
"Very good hotel and nice breakfast"
Holiday Inn Express SWINDON WEST by IHG ★★★
"Good service with good location"
Chiseldon House Hotel ★★★
"Wonderful location and friendly staff; however, the way the property is maintained leaves a lot to be desired. First of all, cleanliness is quite poor. In one room we found mold inside the window frames; in another, a broken window pane; and there were numerous cobwebs throughout the house. The bathtubs are potentially dangerous due to the height difference between the floors, and the bathroom fixtures also show clear signs of age. The hairdryer is frankly ridiculous—it looks at least 30 years old. The food is underwhelming and nothing special; I would not recommend dining on site. We had high expectations, but they were all disappointed, and even the breakfast was not enjoyable. Our only thanks go to the staff, who were always attentive and helpful."
Leonardo Hotel Swindon ★★★★
"Location is good, 5-1ins walk to the city centre and shopping mall. Room is clean and the air conditioning is good."
Travelodge Swindon ★★★
"The location is good and convenient. The room is clean and comfort."
ibis budget Swindon Town Centre ★★
"FREEZING COLD. Window don't shut. And they haven't even put a extra heater in the room to help. The window has clearly been like that for a while. SORT IT OUT. Thanks..I had an awful night sleep and feel I want my money back tbh.."

Village Hotel Swindon
"Great place ❤️"
Overtown Manor Bed and Breakfast
"An incredible property, great for a large extended family - we were 14, plus 2 dogs. Nancy is a brilliant host and answers any questions very swiftly. The cooking lesson we booked with her for all the children was a huge success, and the resulting dinner was delicious. Thank you, Nancy for a wonderful week!"

Swindon Central
"Unfortunately there was a power cut. Despite having no electricity or water, the receptionists booked us into the hotel. Despite having mobility problems, the receptionist stated I had to climb 5 floors to my room on the top floor. There was no opportunity to wash or change, or even use the toilet, as there was no water. There was probably a huge risk to health and safety as people with mobility problems would not have been able to go down the stairs. There was a lairy alcoholic in reception who had come from the Weatherspoons pub, and eventually 2 policemen. The receptionist stated I was manned by 3 young people who hadn’t got a clue what to do. It appears there was no policy about what to do in a power cut. They refused to find another hotel for me and refused to give a refund. I will never stay at this hotel again, despite regularly travelling to Swindon"
The White Hart
"Our first stop in the UK, not far from the Lake District. The hotel was very nice, with spacious rooms and a generous breakfast. It's a very good value for money hotel in the UK. There's a gas station and supermarket nearby."
The Goddard Arms
"Came here a couple of times whilst in Swindon as it looked ok inside and had plenty of customers. Great service from all the bar staff we encountered. Food is ok, but nothing special. I had katsu hash browns as there wasn’t much in the way of gluten free options. The hash browns were quite soggy, and there wasn’t much sauce, so I assume they were microwaved. There wasn’t much a football match on one evening and the place was packed with people watching on the big screens. The bar staff amazingly kept up with orders throughout the night."
The Tawny Owl
"Easy to access and got a decent car park right in front of the hotel Apart from bit old and some small tiny defects in the bathroom, the room was surprisingly nice and spacious cozy with the very relaxed fragrance smell all over the room and the corridor The bar servers who also are hotel receptionist , they all very helpful friendly and considerate"
The Sun Inn
"What an absolute amazing find. The setting was so beautiful and the room was outstanding and so much nicer than we could have ever imagined. The free standing bath was our favourite, the bed was very comfortable and the settee area was very nice. The staff were very understanding of my sons disability and were very patient and kind. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed and cannot wait to return. Could have easily stayed there for days"
The White Hart, Wroughton
"The picture of the place looks great. The reality is somewhat different. The accommodation is in a wooden cladded annex in the car park. The room was basic. The toilet ran all night so it won’t flush properly. We ordered an Aperol spritz and were told they didn’t have any. After we pointed it out on the shelf we were told that the brewery didn’t allow them to make it as it wasn’t on their recipes. The faggots were okay. The chicken burger was dreadful it was grisly meat with a soggy coating. The fries had been cooked in fat which was either too cold and/or dirty. Not Butcombe’s finest establishment"

Travelodge Swindon Central
"This is nitty city. Don’t even consider booking here. For several reasons: there is no drop off point for luggage, you have to park in the car park across the (busy) dual carriageway and walk all the way around the car park perimeter hauling your bags. I’m disabled, so this was deeply problematic. Plus you have to pay a tenner for the privilege of parking. The lift smelled of ****. Hardly surprising as several of the ‘residents’ were openly housed here as opposed to staying overnight. Very friendly, but not necessarily what we expecting. Rooms were clean and basic. But a lovely sign in reception warned us not to open the windows wide as the local pigeon population were keen to come in and rest. The road outside was so noisy I don’t think we were in danger of opening the windows anyway. Would have probably woken up with a respiratory disease what with the road and the spliff lift. Avoid at all costs."
