The hotel overall was a great experience! The front desk staff was awesome to work with and offered any help when needed! I would give the cleanliness of the hotel 7/10. The room looked like it needed a good deep cleaning. Our kids really enjoyed the swimming pool along with the hot tub.

The breakfast was not the best! The coffee was cold both morning’s we were there. The water temperature was barely hot in the bathroom and kitchen. I don’t believe I will stay again.

Everything is perfect!I gave amenities a four star because of the AC near the window. It is loud and would not turn off. I used three pillows to cover the vent and the noise then became minimal. I had a good night sleep!

Franklin is so quiet, peaceful and clean. Hotel staff was very kind. Breakfast was better than other similar hotels because they also have chocolate waffles haha

酒店還是不錯的，美國的酒店大部分都很老舊不過基本設施還是可以的。早餐看起來還不錯但是基本上也就是各種方便食品加熱，水果感覺是罐頭的。價格合適的情況下可以住。離市區還挺遠的
