GGuest UserThe room had an exposed entrance from the outside, and I was woken up around 4 AM by loud voices (guests? staff?) and footsteps going up and down the stairs. The security felt a bit scary.
I was very happy that breakfast was included for free! It was mostly carbohydrates with no vegetables, but I liked that you could make your own waffles.
The staff were generally friendly.
The location is very good, with Target just a 12-minute walk away.

GGuest UserBreakfast in room, a $70 breakfast, they charged $6 for delivery, then added a 20% service charge, and topped it off with a $22 tip (the first two items weren't displayed when I signed for the tip). It seems like moving the breakfast from the kitchen to the room incurred three separate fees, adding over 40% to the bill just to get it done.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay at the Westin Pasadena this time! The hotel is in a great location, with convenient surrounding restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the view was great. The front desk and service staff were very friendly, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The overall environment was quiet and relaxing, and the service was meticulous and thoughtful. It was a very pleasant stay experience, highly recommended!

大大熊SHI booked an extra day, I should have stayed for two days, but it was booked for 3 days, and I could n’t cancel the extra day for free if I negotiated with the hotel. Breakfast was average. The air-conditioning sound in the room is like turning on the tank. Hey. . .
