Very surprised, I went to the front desk to understand the situation. The front desk staff on duty was rude. I asked her to contact the previous lady who helped me make a reservation to get a picture. But she said the hotel could not contact non-duty staff (she actually contacted later). Next, the employee said that he finally found me a room, I can extend it, but it can't be my current room rate... 10,000 words are omitted here In the middle, I contacted the Trip.com butler and went to contact the hotel about the reason for the mistake of letting me leave the store early. The butler was very responsible and contacted different departments. Finally, the hotel verbally explained that the customer service department made a mistake. My order was no problem. I lived in 4.30 no problem. Of course, I'm fine. I paid all the money early. Although the hotel can also reduce the room rate later to let me continue to live. But considering this chaotic and unpleasant experience, I left the store at 4.30. When I wrote this review, it was more than 24 hours since I left the store, but my pre-authorized two payments have not been returned.

酒店地理位置不怎地，第一次還錯過了路口，非常不起眼。但停車方便，房間大，泳池好。餐廳食物不錯。攜程訂的，説是附早餐，但實際是給一張10美刀的折價卷，衹適用點餐。

The hotel is an older hotel, but the rooms and aisles have been renovated, modern and simple style, not bad. The only bad thing in the room is that the toilet is very short, similar to the child toilet. The hotel staff are friendly from the front desk to customer service to maintenance. There is no walking trail around the hotel, not very friendly to in-house guests without a car

On the evening of May 9, there was a great counter staff, kind help, detailed explanation, the restaurant on the first floor is amazing, the burger dining level is better than the restaurant in the city, it is worth dinner, everything is beautiful

Conveniently located, I-78, PA Turnpike, diners, groceries!! Facility very clean, staff, professional & pleasant!! Breakfast, pool, business rooms, computers are available & fitness center!! Rooms are clean, spacious, especially bathroom!! Price on par w/amenities available!!

Very good friendly and helpful employees and clean and they have gotten me out of trouble all these days very grateful.

There is a large shopping mall and shopping center near the hotel. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and the service is very good. The owner is an Indian who is more enthusiastic and friendly.
