Laundry, a/c, outdoor grill, wifi, smart TVs.The lanai is oversized with plenty of space to entertain. The seawall has cleats so you may tie up your boat (please bring bumpers). It is not uncommon to see sea life in the canal - dolphins, stingray, sawfish, sharks, etc. Visit Fort Myers Beach (5 miles away) and Sanibel Island (13 miles away).We have two camera's on property, one at the front door surveying the front lawn and one at the back of the property keeping an eye on the yard and canal (does not capture the pool).
