Wow what a place! This is a wonderful hotel with the most amazing staff. You are met by the most welcoming and helpful staff. Ensure you use the free taxi service to get around which was an amazing addition to the trip and made life easy. The room was gorgeous with incredible views of the island. We were upgraded to a too. With a hot tub which was incredible! All the staff were always gathered for any request and couldn’t do enough for you. They were kind and attentive and gave some great suggestions when it came to visiting the island and dining. The box of toiletries you’re given on arrival is perfect for any ladies travelling as you don’t need to think about a thing. This is highly recommended and we would definitely go back

Great
Literally it is the best hotel in Capri. They try their best to make you feel happy and comfortable. The room is pretty, clean, and comfy with a balcony with city view. Also, since they knew about the purpose of our visit (Honeymoon) they sent us two complimentary gifts in two different days and that was really nice of them and made our stay more special and enjoyable. I really recommend the hotel and of course we will definitely choose it for our future visits.

Received a free upgrade on arrival and throughout our stay all staff were attentive and helpful, organising the transport of our luggage to and from the port when needed, as well as arranging a private boat hire on another occasion. Beautiful views from the balcony and a nice pool area playing trendy but unobtrusive tech house music in the afternoons at a volume that provided atmosphere without being disruptive, tasteful selection. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stays here. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful with all the sightseeing, travel and food recommendations around Capri. The room was perfect. The location was also very central, with a short walk to Capri center. We’d come back and stay here again if we every back in capri

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Piazza Umberto I, with brand-name stores all along the way, and next to the most famous five-star hotel on Capri Island. Although the hotel rooms are not big, they are fully equipped, with a swimming pool and a bar under a lemon tree. The hotel lobby is large and beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is average. The price in mid-March is really cheap, a single room is only more than 900 yuan per night, and it is said that the room rate will rise to 5,000 yuan in the peak summer season.

Let me start by saying that we originally booked a deluxe sea-view room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a sea-view business suite. This was one of the happiest surprises of our trip, as the suite was incredibly spacious, offered stunning views, and featured a beautiful Mediterranean design – it perfectly met all our expectations. The service was excellent as well. The front desk attendant personally escorted us to our room and meticulously explained all the amenities, local sightseeing routes, and nearby restaurant recommendations. All the other staff members were also very polite and respectful towards guests. The location is superb too, being very close to Capri town center and the Gardens of Augustus, and also conveniently near the funicular station. The only minor drawback was the cleanliness; it fell a bit short. We found some hair on the bidet in the bathroom. While bidets aren't typically used by Chinese people, it was still quite off-putting.
