Lea Marston Hotel ★★★★
"I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again."
Cuttle Bridge Inn Hotel - NEC / Birmingham Airport ★★★
"Well located, staff was helpful and overall a good stay! Would recommend especially for a short stay"
Birmingham North Moor Hall Hotel, BW Premier Collection ★★★★

New Hall Hotel & Spa, Birmingham ★★★★
"Room wasn’t ready when we arrived ( it was before 3) but staff were very friendly and stored out luggage. Had a lovely walk around the grounds which are a delight. Had a drink in the bar later where again everyone very friendly. Lovely hotel with great grounds and people"
Premier Inn Birmingham North (S.Coldfield) ★★★
"I need to make everyone aware of how great a member of the premier inn staff has been! Kathy is on a night shift and has been an absolute diamond. She has gone out off her way to help me and my wife and done it all with a smile on her face! What a lovely human and the premier inn are blessed to have such a nice person representing them."
The Townhouse Sutton ★★★
"The room was quite cold, and the door lock wasn’t functioning properly. The shower didn’t meet expectations either. However, the location was excellent, and the customer service was decent. Overall, it wasn’t a very pleasant stay. Given that it was winter in December and with the cold outside, you’d expect a warm, inviting room. Unfortunately, it felt quite chilly. Additionally, the towels had a musty smell, which was disappointing."
Minworth Lodge ★★★
"Really great staff and very helpful"
The Belfry Hotel & Resort ★★★★
"A hotel with a very long history and very traditional style, it has its own very professional golf course and has hosted many Ryder Cup competitions. Most of the guests are vacationers or business meeting guests. There is free parking and rich breakfast."
Travelodge Birmingham Sutton Coldfield ★★★
"Great stay would recommend, Ifty was very friendly and helpful"
