"We arrived at 3 pm but didn't get our room until 4:30 pm. Everything else was fine, great rooftop with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was overpriced (€20)."

"Arrived at 1500, took 30minutes to check in as we were 5th in the queue. Check in was smooth and without hassle. There was construction going on the ground floor so the main reception was at the hotel on right, including the breakfast venue. Room, bedsheets, pillow and toilet were clean and tidy. Small room, with small toilet and extra small shower spaces. fat and tall body wont fit in the shower. Good security system in the lift with 24 hrs reception, liked it. Breakfast was good, fresh and tasty but limited items available. Not recommended to the visitors anymore. You can have better breakfast outside the hotel. We didnt have option as it was included while booking the hotel. Location was perfect with supermarket nearby and metro station. Bus stop is the next door but we never used buses. Hot water available all the time as was required for our 2 years old baby for making milk. Room is not cleaned everyday but housekeeping enters the room everyday just to replace the towels, might be for other reasons, dont know. There was a vending maching and microven nearby the reception. It was lovely, safe and enjoyable stay. will come again in future for sure."

"People were very friendly, excellent price for what you’re given (I paid 60 pound a night for a room with a double bed with oven dishwasher microwave fridge-freezer etc.) staff were useful and even with the language barrier made every attempt to keep up with our needs. Only minor gripe would be the location meaning that any area is a half hour drive or a 45 minute metro into either Paris centre or Versailles. This could be seen as a pro or con depending if you want to cover both areas or just stay in the city centre but overall lovely atmosphere very calming and 24 hour service!"

"Hotel itself is fine. Decent, well furnished rooms and good facilities, with on site restaurant and bar. However…guests make noise throughout the night, with doors slamming, loud conversations and stomping up and down uncarpeted stairwells. Despite rooms being nicely furnished etc, money has clearly been saved on sound proofing ,making this hotel a nightmare to sleep in. Given a hotel’s only purpose is to sleep, this hotel is as useless as a chocolate teapot and its guests are inconsiderate and noisy. Don’t bother and stay in a more expensive and quieter hotel."
