"I should have given this a 5-star review; the front desk service was excellent 👍. The only problem was the hotel's paid airport shuttle service – it was awful 👎. It was a short trip for 20 euros. When I got in the car, I asked the driver if he could give me change, and he said he had. But when we arrived at the airport, he said he didn't have any change and overcharged me by 100 dinars, which made me feel really bad. When I got out of the car, the driver even said that 100 dinars was less than 10 yuan! I was speechless…"

An airport transfer from Belgrade was arranged within 10 minutes, as well as an early transfer at 3:00 AM, both free of charge. It's located near the airport. A taxi to Belgrade city center costs 20 Euros."
