The well-trained security guards at the entrance, the warm and gracious welcome at the front office, the courteous staff, and the way the hotel was introduced to us immediately filled our hearts with happiness and positivity.* *We then entered Room No. 1020, where we were once again pleasantly surprised by the impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail maintained by the housekeeping team. Initially, we thought the room had just been thoroughly cleaned after a previous guest’s checkout. However, we soon realized that this exceptional level of cleanliness was not a special effort—it was simply part of their daily routine. Every morning, the housekeeping staff would quietly and sincerely begin their work with complete dedication.* *The dining hall was equally impressive.* *The lively atmosphere, the energy of the staff, and the personal attention given to every table truly stood out.* *We would especially like to express our heartfelt appreciation for Chef Mr. Tej Pal Singh. & Manager Urmil Desai His energy and dedication deserve our deepest respect.* *They personally keeps an eye on every table and understands the needs and preferences of each guest. Whether someone prefers sweet, mild, spicy, or simple food, he ensures that the requirement is fulfilled within minutes. What impressed us most was his calm and cheerful personality* *There was never a sign of stress—only a warm smile and a welcoming attitude*. *The way he communicates with his team is equally admirable.* *Regardless of the employee’s position or grade, there is always warmth, dignity, and sweetness in his conversations. "Bad food. I ordered a dal fry and jeera rice for dinner and got an upset stomach in the morning. Their staff sleeps in the reception and doesn't even move out of that place even after 8 am. They serve breakfast after 8. Any and all hotels are ready with breakfast at 7 am max. Although room was good (new property) the cleanliness was not upto the mark. There were water bottles left by previous guests in the cupboard. Room floor was not mopped. Towel provided had a typical damp smell. Bathroom was clean but had a very bad stench. Difficult to stay in the bathroom for even a few seconds. Had to use my expensive perfume as a room freshener. For the kind of money that i paid, this was a really really bad experience. Never coming back to this hotel. Guys do not go by the star reviews for this hotel."
