The hotel room is well fitted with every convenience and comfortable for the night. Sadly only provided with disposable towels and the view from the standard room is not particularly impressive."

"Just opposite the Wenshu Mountain Grottoes Scenic Area, I wanted to visit the Grottoes early, so I decided to go here. This scenic spot is ten kilometers away from Jiuquan Old Station and Jiayuguan High-speed Railway Station. It is very convenient, the environment in the mountains is good, and it is very quiet. The hotel is very luxurious and the area is large. I took the elderly and children to live. Praise!"
Silk Road Jinma International Hotel (Mati Temple Scenic Area)
"The biggest advantage is that the scenic area shuttle bus is right outside the door, and there's a door from the front desk leading to the visitor center. You can book a guide before breakfast, and then go directly into the scenic area when they open at 8:30. That afternoon, it snowed lightly at Mati Temple, which was perfect for us southerners – we could see snow without it being too cold. We took lots of photos and even had a snowball fight! It was so much fun. When the snow got heavier, we stayed in our room and looked at the distant Qilian Mountains – amazing! After resting, we went to the restaurant for dinner at 6:30 PM. The 168 yuan meal for four included two meat dishes, three stir-fried vegetables, and a soup – the portions were huge, we couldn't finish it all! We specifically asked for no spice. Even though it was the off-season, we were the only ones having dinner, but the food was still quite good, and the service was excellent. They even gave us an extra breakfast. We checked out late at 3 PM, taking our time exploring Mati Temple – perfect!"

The room is also very old, and there is everything that should be available. The front desk is also enthusiastic to help when we can eat instant noodles in the middle of the night, and there is no reproach. The overall experience in Sunan is very good and recommended."
