"Complaints have been submitted to the guard but there is no solution, he said "that's how it is, Sis". very unprofessional. I have 2 complaints; The shower for hot water couldn't be used and there was a ventilator which was only covered with a cardboard with holes so the sound of screaming was so loud that it could be heard in my room. really the worst hotel in an elite complex!"
