"Rest at this hotel September 2024 ! First of all we arrived earlier than the time of settlement at 7, we were offered early entry , gave temporary bracelets and we went for breakfast immediately after a long road! The settlement in 14.00 , but we were lucky and our room was released earlier, called the administrator and drove us to the room ! Staff very welcoming !!!! The room was on the 3rd floor of a deluxe with a balcony , with the exit from the kitchen ! But it didn't spoil the impression of the room , we just closed the window and no smell anymore ! In the room is a good mattress , bed linen changed 3 times in 10 days , always snowy ! The children slept on the couch and our little one brought the bed and all the stuff! The rooms clean daily ! Towels change , we didn't have time to pack them ! Shampoo, shower gel filled daily as well as tea, water, coffee! Interestingly spend the days of Russia, Turkey, Egypt ! Discotheques every day , invite parodists ! The abdomen dance men got ;) food diverse , any lead will find for taste ! Alcohol is diverse! Thanks to bartenders Kirill and Anastasia for delicious cocktails!!! To the beach walks a shuttle every 15 minutes , it's better than walking at least 300m to the beach ! The Volkan manager will always ask how things are ?Do you like everything? Children will always have time ! We have not seen such a warm relationship anywhere ! Thanks to DJ SA-SA for our wishes in music! And of course Vortac for competitions !!! Very warm reception and sad wires , but we promised to return!!! Thank you for a nice holiday!!!!"

"Rested three days , took two local rooms for 7500r per day , breakfast included , ordered two lunches for 700r per person , parking 1000r per day , in a bar near the limonade pool , cocktails children's prices from 300r , and from alcohol only two beer types for 300r . The pools are clean ,water is warm , give towels, shelves are lots on the sun and under the curtains in the shadow + many different inflatable circles. The rooms with balconies ,clean , everything works , water pressure is good. Breakfasts and lunches are varied , eat as much as you like.There is bakery , fruits. The game room in the hotel and on the street, very many toys , children 9 l and 2 g had something to do . The room was cleaned for the second day as soon as they asked. The staff is all very friendly, kind. Nearby a lot of cafes, dining rooms, the sea was very warm, the beaches are clean. We stayed very happy with a rest!!! Recommended definitely!"

"Rested in June 2024. Everywhere clean, quiet, there is aerobic at the warm pool. Especially surprised breakfast. Such diversity of dishes on breakfast has not seen for a long time. In fact, it is a real lunch + dinner. The dining area is large, stylish. I think this hotel is almost like a four. Take to Utrisha - very beautiful, mountains + sea. For entry, you must have slippers, because there are sharp stones in the sea at the west. The discount is very solid when paying cash. A beautiful area, large, there is a specially separate pool for children, decorated with roses. And the water in it constantly changes color, looks beautiful. "Our vacation, which we spent at the Heliopark Aqva Resort, has come to an end. I would like to say that when we chose this hotel, we went there by luck, since there are very few video reviews about the hotel. And so on in order. Check-in at the hotel is quite fast, on time, if you arrive ahead of time, you can comfortably spend time on the hotel premises, eat, drink soft drinks. The room is very spacious, clean, provided with everything you need, cleaning, changing towels daily, the maids are smart girls. I would also like to note that when dismantling the additional bed for a child, a problem arose with its installation, and here Room Man came to the rescue (a friendly guy who quickly helped and fixed the problem, and this is definitely a plus for the hotel). The pool is heated, very large with 3 water slides, very cool. The hotel provides a transfer to 2 beaches, I would immediately like to note that Utrish beach is not much like an equipped, comfortable beach, that there is a recreation area near the sea, that there are huge pebbles in the sea, it is extremely inconvenient to move around, there are no toilets or changing rooms . porridge, fruit, delicious machine-made coffee, desserts are available, but the choice is not large, the room is always kept clean, and if you wish, you can also eat outside in cozy gazebos. Alcohol, wine, cognac, chacha, beer are generally not bad, lemonade and ice cream are also available all day. There are no queues for food, there is enough of everything, what ends up being constantly renewed. There is a playroom for children, the teacher with whom you can leave the child for a couple of hours, a nice bonus, the child can have beautiful face painting done. There is a rooftop field for playing football, tables for playing billiards, table tennis, and a small gym. Now, what, in my opinion, the hotel management should pay attention to is the bartender, a young guy, but very slow, eternally dissatisfied, you can spend a very long time near the bar waiting for your cocktail or lemonade, hookah... There is animation, but it’s weak, The guys are trying, but the entertainment program needs to be worked on and improved. In general, the stay is very comfortable, no major shortcomings can spoil the overall impression of the hotel. The hotel is decent, good!"
