"Brand New Hotel… so new you could still smell the paint. Very clean (it is brand new). Not impressed by front desk. Josh did not acknowledge my Hilton status, no water bottles were given as part of my status. I was having a hard time locating my id (my fault) but Josh was unhelpful & basically told me I could not check in without it which I found hilarious since at most Hilton properties I can skip the front desk entirely with my digital key. For some reason this reservation was not linking to my app… maybe because the hotel is brand new. I will continue to be loyal to Hilton but customer service was lacking. I did not feel welcome which is not what I am accustomed to at other properties."

"We will be staying at The Inn at SentryWorld in June, but I couldn't wait that long to write a review (it's currently April ... so that says something!)!! I just wanted to give a shout out to Izzy, who I was fortunate enough to have on the end of the line when I called to make our reservation. She was absolutely fabulous! Personable, professional and very knowledgeable. She provided me with some great and insightful information about our room options and also explained all of the dining options we would have available to us. We will be golfing as well, and she coordinated booking our tee time also, which was greatly appreciated. I live in Southern California now, but I grew up in Stevens Point and will be visiting my family during this trip. Izzy reminded me why I'm proud to be from Point and from Wisconsin ... the friendliest people and hands down the nicest! I felt like I was talking to a longtime friend instead of someone just doing their job as a reservation agent and an inn employee. Thank you, Izzy! I hope to meet you and say thank you in person in June! We can't wait to enjoy our stay at The Inn at SentryWorld!"

"My favorite hotel experience by far!  Friendly front desk staff - my room had all the things I desire in a room: comfy bed & pillows, microwave, fridge, a no step-in shower to a spacious space, a fan i& a night light in the bathroom, and BEST of all, a  (Keurig) coffee pot!!!  The room was very quiet all night as well, which made for a good nights sleep 😊"
