"Brand New Hotel… so new you could still smell the paint. Very clean (it is brand new). Not impressed by front desk. Josh did not acknowledge my Hilton status, no water bottles were given as part of my status. I was having a hard time locating my id (my fault) but Josh was unhelpful & basically told me I could not check in without it which I found hilarious since at most Hilton properties I can skip the front desk entirely with my digital key. For some reason this reservation was not linking to my app… maybe because the hotel is brand new. I will continue to be loyal to Hilton but customer service was lacking. I did not feel welcome which is not what I am accustomed to at other properties."

"My favorite hotel experience by far!  Friendly front desk staff - my room had all the things I desire in a room: comfy bed & pillows, microwave, fridge, a no step-in shower to a spacious space, a fan i& a night light in the bathroom, and BEST of all, a  (Keurig) coffee pot!!!  The room was very quiet all night as well, which made for a good nights sleep 😊"

"The room door stuck from the pool humidity, the security doors were unlocked and propped open, the room was dark and damp like a cave, the parking lot flooded at one end, the shower had brown smears on its wall tiles, the bed sheets and blankets had stains, and the mattresses were so worn the material was fraying. I stayed four nights and the room was only serviced once, and even that was just to drop a handful of towels on the counter. The remodeling being done is shoddy. The switches in the bathroom were loose and the plate was missing screws. Someone had gotten paint on the TV screen. The room phone was missing most of its buttons and was unplugged when I arrived. The window curtains were minimal so light from the parking lot kept the room almost as brightly lit at night as the pathetic room lights. The gap under the door was large enough to put the tip of my shoe under it when the door was closed. This place is a cesspit."

"As others have mentioned, this is a new hotel. When I travel I’m looking to stay in a clean hotel in a safe area that’s quiet so I can get a good nights sleep. This hotel checked all of those boxes. I was able to check in online on the morning of my stay & chose a room at the far end of the hall (away from the elevators & ice machine) on the top floor. I never heard any noise all night long apart from the rain hitting the window. I wish all hotels were this quiet. The room was immaculate, it had a kitchenette with full size refrigerator as well as a microwave. The bathroom was well lit and the water pressure was good. I only encountered one staff member who was very friendly and helpful. Hands down I’d stay here again if I’m ever back in town."

"I booked this hotel based on location and price, so I went in with pretty low expectations however I was pretty surprised with what I got. It appeared everything was remodeled recently, however it had the feeling it was done very cheaply. It was a huge hotel, but when we showed up the first thing we noticed was there were almost no other cars in the lot which wasn't a great sign. The floors had footprints all over them and the walls and elevators had scuff marks all over the place. When we got to our room the bench under the TV had been pushed into the walk way blocking you from walking to the other side of the bed. There was debris all over the floor where it was supposed to be. It looked like maybe a repair had been made to an outlet and they cut away the drywall and didn't clean up afterward? I really have no idea what it has, but it was a mess. I was willing to overlook that, but it seemed very consistent with the condition of the rest of the hotel. We'd been considering using the pool and hot tub, but I looked into the pool room and there was pretty massive water damage around one of the windows. The drywall was bubbling and there was significant debris on the floor between the wall and the pool that had collapsed, and some was floating in the pool. I looked down into the hot tub and noticed multiple tiles missing. For sure lost interest in using the facilities immediately and was glad I didn't pay $20 to include the hotel breakfast on our stay. Sheets and bed seemed clean and well made, which was the most important part, so we slept got up early and hit the road."
