"I was pleasantly surprised by how clean my room was. The service was fine. The only problem I had was late night noise from the room above. I didn’t get much sleep on the first night. I asked for a different room for the second night. The clerk was very accommodating. Slept very well the second night.  There were 3 other customers that first night. I don’t understand why 1 had to be housed right above my room"

"Upon check in and check out, the staff was absolutely amazing! The room was clean and the amenities in the room seemed new. My only complain as a single female traveler is that I did not feel 100% safe. The guest staying on the first floor constantly had the door propped and even when it was closed I checked to see if it was locked and I could walk right in. There was a family outside that were constantly at a picnic table smoking with kids riding their bikes and skateboards in the street… one guy even came over to me in my car and asked if he could buy ****. I made sure my safety latch was on at all times but it’s a shame. I def wouldn’t stay there again by myself."
