Quiet  nice  location. Lovely complementary breakfast serves large assortment of hot and cold foods. Nice business center. Small kitchenette. Very accommodating and pleasant front desk staff. Outdoor pool and grill to use.

The price they ordered increased by $ 10 because of entertainment expenses. In fact, they did not have any entertainment, and I did not use any equipment. The key is that there is a sentence on Ctrip's order that the hotel does not guarantee that it can meet the special requirements of the guests, and may also charge additional fees. The room is very clean and new. Reception staff is amazing and friendly. They offer a good, decent complimentary breakfast. Parking space is wide and convenient. Overall, definitely recommend this place.

The room looks nice but it was extremely hot when I entered. After turning on the A/C the room did not cool down until the morning. The wifi was also terribly slow and barely usable

Good part - the front desk person when we checked in was very welcoming, friendly and lively! Even when we spent some time in the lobby late in evening, he was a very good company to spend time with.  Not so good part - the shower in the bathroom was absolutely useless! There was no water pressure and the water was just a trickle. Not anywhere near normal expectations.

The Best Western in Green Vallley is probably the best hotel available in GV. However is is dated and needs updating. It is on the expensive side for an average hotel compared to other locations. We like the fact that your breakfast is from a set menu in the restaurant - the food is good.

The hotel experience was not aligned to a ”Hyatt” standard, but for the price that they were charging for the night and also seeing that Hyatt recently purchased the hotel from Sonesta, I think it was a good experience. The beds were very comfortable.

This is the second time i've stayed there I have a job close by So it works out great It isn't older hotel it was the cream of the crop back in its day. But it is a great valueAll in all
