3-Star Hotels in Niagara County

Very nice hotel staff was very professional and very friendly and thanks for the cookies each day and the cookie jar very convenient to restaurants and our fishing boat

This hotel was great and front desk staff was more than accommodating. Would stay again for sure.

The hotel's picture shows a highrise, but the hotel itself only takes fl 1-6. If you do not get the 6th floor, you will either get the view of the town or the back side of the quality inn bldg. You can use the elevator to the 18th fl and walk 1 fl up to have a birdeye view of the falls. Breakfast has to be preordered.

I paid in cash for breakfast at the hotel, and after checking out, the breakfast money was deducted from my credit card! I have complained to Trip and the hotel about repeated charges, but I still haven’t received any reply or refund from the hotel! I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and settled the bill by cash. My credit card was charged again after check out! Duplicate charge!! The hotel doesn't reply my email so far. Very disappointed!!!

The room is large. There is a microwave and refrigerator. It is an advantage. Others are very good. It is very convenient to take a car near the city center. Very good experience. I like the location. Everything else is OK. There is a free shuttle bus to the attractions. It is very convenient.

The room was very clean and spacious but the balcony was very dirty and had a dead bird which was never removed even though it was brought to their attention. The room had a microwave which was convenient. Niagara was like a 20 minutes walk away and the trail was beautiful to get there. Other hotels are closer to Niagara tho. The hotel staff did not seem to understand what was included in the booking as he was new and told us breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Had to go quite a distance to a Walmart. Overall, there are better options closer to Niagara and the main areas with lots of options to shop and dine.

I used it during my business trip and I was able to spend the perfect day on my business trip. I plan to use it again on my next business trip and thank you for your excellent service.

Location: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe. Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !! Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself. Cleanliness: Great Job !!

Decent price, clean, and not that far from the falls. Overall a decent motel.

Convenient transportation, surrounded by restaurants and large supermarkets, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the front desk staff is very warm, the parking space is sufficient, and free of charge, 18 minutes drive to the Great Falls, it is highly recommended
