3-Star Hotels in Cagliari

Hotel Aristeo was the last stop on our 2-weeks trip through Sardinia and definitely one of the nicest hotels of the vacation! The interior is well designed and the room and bathroom was very spacious (e.g. two sinks, large shower cabine, extra sofa, space for suitcases, lots of storage surface, three small balconies, etc etc etc). Noteworthy is also their attention to detail, the room was perfectly clean and amenities were eco/environmentally friendly. We forgot to take pictures of the room but it was as pretty as on the management photos. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. They gave excellent restaurant recommendation and even sent our postcards for us. As we had to leave early for the airport, they prepared a perfect take-away breakfast for us. We were very happy with the hotel and highly recommend it!

Excellent location.  Excellent treatment, all the comforts and with digital key( wonderful not to be waiting for a key)  I think Martina has served us at the check-in ; pending from us at all times and for any doubt, problem is always available.  A 10

We spent a saturday night with my family and a couple of friends at Eva B&B. The place is perfectly located in the center of Cagliari. The owner Andrea was very active on advising on everything and making sure we were like at home and his assistant on the place for very kind. Would definitely recommend it.

Well we have not stayed st this accommodation. During to the illness we needed to return home earlier. We have asked accommodation for some compromise solution. They totally stopped to talk to us and even blocked any communication channel. This kind of behavior is at least nothuman and not friendly at all. So consider this when booking. I would ignore this kind of people in the future.

Very friendly and comfortable reception, very good location for young people, there are many open rooms late night and so much movement, so bad that the blackout happened at night and the day after I have all the batteries-free cellphones and I have to use the navigator to travel. You get what you pay for. Has all the basics, no frills. Staff friendly and assisted with my case as there is no lift. TV remote was temperamental, reported this and was told I would be getting a replacement the next day, no replacement forthcoming but wasn’t a big deal as only Italian channels. Coffee machine in the room was pre-filled with water but coffee pods have to be purchased separately.  The wash basin had cracks, the shower was initially hit but soon went quite cool almost cold. The white bath towel had marks on it! The double bed was made up from 2 single mattresses which were not adjoined therefore, mid sleep the two parted company by some 6 inches .The street is reasonably quiet evening time however, early morning sees the nearby businesses empty the previous evening empty bottles into the bin directly positioned below my room. There is also a school nearby where the little ones gather waiting for the doors to open, the excited chatter didn’t bother me but it might some people. Great location for good shops/restaurants/cafes, train and buses and easy walk to the beautiful Marina.

The photos show the view from my room and my breakfast. The staff was extremely friendly. I wasn't impressed with the food selection in the restaurant, which was rather limited. The friendly receptionist then recommended a restaurant within walking distance, which was indeed good. However, I find it completely incomprehensible why plastic cups were offered instead of glasses for water and juice at the breakfast buffet. We're in the 21st century; a little more environmental awareness would be appreciated.

Hotel in the city centre. Very quiet but still convenient close to train/bus station/cafes/restaurants bars etc. Room is basic but clean and comfortable.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE OWNERS. The room itself was just ok but no WIFI in the bedroom - it only worked in the entranceway which was a big nuisance. The hosts are horrible and try to scam you. After we checked out I realised I had left something in the room but was unable to get back in as we had put the keys in the drop box already. I waited outside the main apartment entrance whilst I got in contact with the hosts who were going to send a housekeeper out, but while I was waiting a guest from one of the other bedrooms arrived so I was able to follow them into the apartment, where I was then able to access our room as I had left it unlocked when we checked out and was able to retrieve my items. A couple of hours later I received a very rude email from the hosts accusing me of forcing the door open and damaging the lock, stating that I will be liable for repair costs. Considering they have many CCTV cameras within in the apartment entranceway you'd think they would review the camera footage before rudely accusing a guest. Had they actually bothered to look at the footage they would have seen that all I did was follow someone (who had keys) into the apartment and then open our unlocked bedroom door - there was absolutely no forcing or damaging of the door. I don't know how they think they could get away with trying to scam someone like this when there is clear evidence that it did not happen, as if someone would pay for damages they did not cause. It's laughable that they would even think they could get away with that. I was very restrained in my reponse to them and kindly informed them that, as I had previously mentioned, all I did was follow someone into the apartment and opened our unlocked door, but surprise surprise they ignored me and didn't bother to respond any further - absolutely no apology from them which was unbelievable. Stay here at your own risk - there are much nicer properties around, I wouldn't recommend giving these people a cent of your money.
