Had such a great stay at the garage, super scenic spot. The room was just perfect and it was quite a treat to arrive to fresh baked banana bread and chocolate cake the day we arrived. The owner was very accommodating and there to answer any questions. My boys, ages 11 and 13 were able to explore the property up to the waterfall behind the home which was an extra special treat. Especially when her dogs followed us along the trail I think that made their day. We even got to take advantage of the hot tub after our day of hiking. Looking back I would have booked 2 nights here as we really loved it and could have easily stayed 2 days and done some of our tours venturing out from there. .

There is nothing around. If only the weather was good, I would have seen the aurora... The facilities are just perfect, so the stay was good, but the hot water was cut off during the shower, which was very difficult. That's why I deducted two stars.

Very close to the Seri Yalan Waterfall, about ten minutes drive. We stayed here on the return trip. The room was a bit cold at night. The flour outside at sunrise in the morning was very good. Breakfast was basic.

The hotel is in a good location, right near the waterfall, and the environment is open and quiet. The hotel is similar to a family-style hotel, with self-check-in, and is very cozy. It is very warm to provide free coffee and chocolate. The room is clean and the bedding is comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Although it was a last-minute reservation, we were very satisfied with the tour and even saw the Northern Lights at midnight.

The room was clean, the service was good, the breakfast was good, the good choice for a day off, I accidentally broke a glass and didn’t let me compensate. I forgot the power bank and called the hotel to ask and quickly helped find it.

The host was very helpful, sending detailed driving instructions and information about dining and amenities in the area two days before check-in. The property is a 39-minute drive from Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach

Nice accommodation in a farm with 🐏 outside your windows. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. They provided a washing machine and a dryer too. Thank you for making our stay comfortable

The hotel is located not far from the main road and is easy to find, the surrounding area is dark enough at night to see the stars. We never saw staff in our 2 night stay but check in was easy as there was a phone available to call the staff. The room is clean but very small, after opening up our luggage there was nowhere to stand. The room can really use a few more hooks on the wall for hanging up coats and outer gear. The bathroom is clean but a bit dim and the water from the shower runs into the rest of the bathroom. There is very little space to put toiletries. There is a pantry upstairs with hot water, tea and hot chocolate. There is also a dining and living area with a pool table, which is nice. During our stay there was a crazy storm and the whole house was shaking from the wind, which was a bit scary. The windows in the room were not air tight so the wind was howling through the gaps. It was a bit loud and cold.
