Vacationing with family (4 people) is really suitable with 4 or even 5 mattresses in the room. I shouldn't have had breakfast but instead every morning I was given a breakfast of fried rice for 2 people. The location is very strategic in the middle of the city, just walk to the floating market, and the main square is also close. To Great Asia Africa, Farm House, Mini Mania, just take public transportation. Overall OK and satisfied.

It was pouring otw to our point of interest so we decided to drop by the hotel to check it out and wait it out thru the rain. Staffs was super nice even though we were really early before the check in time. They mentioned only one room was ready and they will quickly prep another room for us. we waited for about 15 mins and they came with 4 umbrellas for each of us towards the hotel. Truly appreciate the hospitality and for them to try and let us check in eariler so we have somewhere to rest while waiting for the rest to stop Room is spacious, clean, nice view with a nice small balcony. High speed internet is also provided. The only downside is if you are an introvert and would be back at the hotel early you will have to deal with Karaoke session(thankfully doesn't sound bad) till about 10pm and after that there is a group of people bbq-ing downstairs with music ( might not be a everyday affair) so if you are a light sleeper perhaps can request for the higher lvl room facing the otherside.

Hospitality at its best. Staffs are friendly and accomodating. The place is well maintained and beautiful. Totally recommended. As the place is located at the peak, make sure your vehicle in good condition.

This is my experience of staying at Lembang Asri for the 5th time 😁 Its calming natural vibes always invite you to come back. The large garden, playground and pool are a bit warm for children, quite a favorite. The less pleasant thing is the restaurant section. Please, every time you come here the Breakfast Menu is always the SAME. true, both are the same. I've memorized it. The variety and taste are very lacking. Plus the attitude of the restaurant employees is less friendly. Lack of smiles, and seem excessive in supervising guests who eat. Wow sis, we have paid an additional charge for children which is not cheap, 75K per child with a very simple menu. Maybe we can do more training for Hospitality, and the Chef can make menu variations, so that guests don't get bored. For the Front Office, Security, Helper, everything is okay and friendly.

The hotel close to Lembang Park Zoo, not much facilities but the hotel provide good service, though the breakfast can be improved much with such price for the room

We made a last-minute booking at Nirwana Lembang, and it turned out to be totally worth it. Even with the sudden plan, the price was reasonable for what we got, so overall it felt like good value for money. The place is very family-friendly, with a cozy atmosphere and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the cool Lembang weather. One of the highlights for us was the swimming pool it’s spacious, clean, and perfect for families. The garden area is also suitable for gatherings, whether for big family trips or small group events. Overall, it was a satisfying stay, especially considering it was a last-minute booking, and we would definitely consider coming back for another family getaway.

nginep weekday disini dapet harga 590rb udah sama sarapan. sayangnya jacuzzi lagi gaada coba kalo ada pasti mantep banget tuh. overall nyaman sih nginep disini suasananya adem, cozy, anak saya seneng lari lari karna tempatnya luas

Even if the hotel is located in a metropolis, it's pleasant to be in a setting with a different mood from the city's bustle. This place is good for some quiet time. My family of four went for a staycation, and the kids really enjoyed the glamping experience with much of game in playroom. I choose a Svada tent with a beautiful view of the city and mountains, near the trampoline and bonfire. The room is spacious, clean, and the hot water are really hot:)) I'll undoubtedly return there at some point in the future.
