3-Star Hotels in Donostialdea

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, making me feel genuinely welcome. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, and every area was well looked after.

Room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is good for travelling with family. Location is a bit far but travelling by bus to the city centre is easy

We have a wonderful experience walking up the hill and locating Avenida Hotel. The views are amazing and looking stunning up the mountain. Great location walking distance to the beach and city. Excellent services at reception and morning breakfast. Easy access to gym and swimming pool.

It was very clean and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The building was old, but the inside of the hotel was very new and fashionable. In addition to the bed, there were desks and chairs, so it was convenient to drink at night. The curtains were automatically closed with a button. The shared space had free coffee, cocoa and hot water machines, which were useful because they could drink freely. As for the location, it is a bit off the center, but there was no problem because you can go to the center in about 20 minutes on foot. You can also use dryers and irons in shared spaces. It was very helpful because I kept my luggage before check-in and after check-in! Thank you.

The location of the hotel is very good, walking distance from the station and the beach. The room is self-check-in, there is no front desk, but the overall is very smooth and there is no problem, the facilities are good and clean ～

The hotel is well located in terms of location and services, you only need to have more parking spaces (only 7 per reception) to offer customers as the whole area and surroundings is blue, The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a very good hotel. The breakfast is not very varied, the coffee is automatic and leaves a lot to desire.

Muy bien ubicado, comodo y limpio. La atencion muy solvente y sobre todo presispuestos a darte bastante información.

It is the best location in the old town. I checked in online in advance, but I received a signature and payment link by email, and I had already paid via Triip.com, so I had to check by phone to prevent double payment. . I was told in advance how to get to the room, password, and how to get the key, but I felt like solving the mystery because there was a lack of explanation. The key to the pension room is to open the first door, go up the stairs, and then open the second door. (I thought there was a locker with a key next to the first door, and I opened the breaker.) I was confused at first because the toilet was not locked and I was able to fully enjoy the city of San Sebastian thanks to the location.
