Thanks to the front desk for sending breakfast. I went there at 8:30. Although many dishes were empty, they were still cooking fresh dishes to make up for it. Overall, it was very good and cost-effective."

It was so convenient, and the front desk staff was also very friendly. When I asked for the takeout address, they immediately edited it and sent it to me. They also recommended nearby restaurants and fun activities. It's a great place, highly recommended."

"The hotel seemed somewhat reliable, but the towels were all frayed. The worst part was the breakfast. I booked a room that included breakfast, but when I went down at 8:30, there was nothing left. I asked the uncle cooking noodles next to me, and he said, ”It's one thing not to wear a mask and gloves, but you've run out of food, why don't you add more?” He said that's how it is when there are many people. I turned around and saw that there were less than 8 or 9 people in total. I was truly disgusted!"

"Traveling through Xiangyang, staying at this hotel, the overall is very satisfied! From check-in to check-out, the whole experience is good. When I checked in, the service staff was warm and thoughtful. The front desk would carefully ask us about the room type. I saw that the children with me also upgraded the warm family room for free, which is very suitable for our family. At first, I was worried that the hotel at this price would be small windows or no windows. After entering the room, the room was bigger than expected. The decoration was new, the facilities were complete, the room was spacious and bright, the central air-conditioning was also very convenient, the room was warmly furnished, the bedding was comfortable, and the sound insulation was good. The child slept well at night. The breakfast is rich in variety, tastes good, and the food is very good. After eating, the check-out time is not yet available. The front desk lady is friendly and also helped arrange the surrounding play guide. The service responds quickly, the details are in place, the parking lot is free, don't worry about the safety of the car, it is very assured.
