My family and I went here for a couple days to explore the area. The hotel was in a great location to get everywhere we wanted to go. We had a great time. There was plenty of food options around too. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Very clean and tidy, the room is spacious, the bed is big, soft and hard, all the facilities are complete and relatively new. Reasonable prices for non-weekends. It's the best place to live in the Great Smoky Mountains, much better than Gatlinburg. The only regret is that the sound insulation effect of the bathroom is not good, and the sound of flushing the toilet is very loud. But sleep is still very quiet.

Guest UserI’ve never wanted to stay at a super 8 bc I’ve always heard such bad experiences but surprisingly my experience wasn’t at all bad this was a pretty decent hotel & the carpet in our room felt like the cleanest carpet I’ve felt even better then the higher end hotels. The guy up a the front desk was informative & nice. Great room considering the price!

Guest Uservery clean, couldn't find the phone charging plug-in, it was a separate little box on the bedside table and the cleaning sign was placed in front of it. otherwise warm, peaceful, coffee in the lobby, hot water for tea.

One of the better value options in the area with a wonderfully helpful staff and vibe.
It is a great budget motel and would recommend staying!
