This place is GREAT! The owners are wonderful, the rooms are super clean and comfortable. Each room has a different ocean theme which are decorated and fun. They were very accommodating and love dogs! The outside area has a great fit pit that we all enjoyed. Me and my party rented out 7 of the 9 available rooms here and it was awesome. One of the best trips out group of friends have had. The Bout 9 restaurant and lounge is right across the parking lot. Great food and service there. The Ft. Stevens disc golf course and state park are 5 minutes away. A corner market is right down the street. It’s really perfect. We will definitely be staying here again. I really like the swimming pool on the first floor. Although it is not big, it is very convenient. It is from the second floor and downstairs. At the riverside, next to the river view railway station, it is convenient to take a small train. There is also a pier where you can drive straight past the wooden trestle and buy fresh crabs.

The hotel is clean and has spacious rooms. Great location with beach access. Walkable to the famous Haystack Rock.

Breakfast is delicious. Servings are also sufficient. The surrounding facilities are complete, including supermarkets, shopping malls, and a marine museum. Cost-effective. This beach is among the finest in the North Pacific.

Japanese evening cherry at the entrance of the hotel is the highlight. There is also an oven, an electronic stove in the room, and I went to Costco to buy lobster, meat crabs, salmon and steak for cooking. It feels great.

We loved the hotel. It was right in the beach, the staff were very friendly and attentive to details. The room was very clean and well maintained.

The hotel is right next to the Route 101 and easy to find. The lobby was extremely clean and shinny. The breakfast was also a plus. Highly recommended!

This was the first vacation that Ive taken in the last five years!!! It started out being a couple of days and booked at another hotel in Seaside but realized that just a few days wasnt going to be enough. For half as much as I was paying at the other hotel was able to stay at the Motel 6 four more days!!! It wasnt beach front but close enough!! The room was clean and much roomier than my expensive room and had many more electronic ports!! (Who would think a room at the shilo inn would only have two computer ports in the room!!!) The only part that was a little lame was the wi fi signal here was weak!! Still made it ok but at times the signal was still very weak!!

Room was small but comfortable and clean. The stairs were quite troublesome during the rain but was very thankful that they did have two elevators, no ice machine on the 3rd floor( which is where we were) fridge was nice size and very very clean! coffee in room was a plus we had a room with no view but it did have a bathtub and check in was easy and check out was even easier!

A good place to stay if you are looking to have a place to sleep and leave your things. It’s not fancy or so. Overall, a budget and good place to stay.
