The hotel has 25 rooms of Economy, Standard and Comfort categories. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay: a comfortable bed, Smart TV, work area, refrigerator, tea set, wardrobe. The Standard and Comfort rooms have a private bathroom with a hairdryer and a set of toiletries. The rooms have Economy facilities on the floor.
There is a dining room on the ground floor of the hotel, where breakfast is served in the morning. On the 3rd floor there is a shared kitchen with all necessary kitchen utensils and utensils. On-site facilities include luggage storage, laundry, secure parking, and a tour desk. The reception is open 24 hours a day. A shuttle service is available upon request. Pets are welcome.
"The room was surprisingly good. Very comfortable, and the refrigerator was a huge plus.
The hotel provides breakfast from 7-10 am, which was quite tasty.
I stayed in a room on the first floor. There was no private toilet or shower; we shared one, as shown in the picture. The bathroom was very clean, so there were no major issues.
There's a 24-hour supermarket (similar to IKEA) right across the street, with a wide variety of products, which is very convenient.
The hotel has an adorable milk cat that isn't afraid of people and you can pet it. Thumbs up!
The receptionist speaks some English, but with a Russian translation app, communication is smooth."

Guest UserThere are two beds in one room, a bit like a bed with a desk underneath. There is a small window on the second floor. It is great to see the snow. The room is small but clean. You need to go to the front desk to get your toothbrush and slippers. There are none in the room. The front desk can handle the residence permit. The hotel Wi-Fi Chinese number cannot connect. This is really annoying. The water quality in Murmansk is very poor. Bring a few more tissues to filter it. The bathroom has a bathtub! There are two convenience stores and a fried ** across the street. The bus stop is right at the door. It is very convenient. Take the bus from the airport to the nearby bus stop and walk about one kilometer. McDonald's, the train station, and Lenin can all be reached by bus for 50 rubles. Alyosha is a little far away. Take the bus to the halfway point of the mountain and climb up.

Guest UserLuggage storage is available at the front desk. The dogs are adorable and belong to the hostel, so feel free to pet them!
The area is quiet and close to a ski resort.
The accommodations are quite basic, sleeping two in the loft and three on the first floor. The stairs are quite steep, making it difficult to get luggage up to the loft. This is a good place for young friends traveling together, as there's less space for luggage when there are too many people.

The rooms are on the first floor, exactly the same as the photos, a small square hall and a small balcony, the heating is particularly hot, the hot water is sufficient and hot, the breakfast buffet, there is a microwave heating, and the garbage is thrown away. We arrived at two o'clock in the morning, Miss Sister has been at the front desk, Miss Sister is particularly patient and enthusiastic, helping us solve the problem! The hotel door is very small, the location is on the small slope, and the driver will see the address when taking a taxi! If you walk, there are short steps to the street! There is a store and shopping mall next to it!
The only downside of the hotel is that it is a little distance from the city center and about 6 kilometers to the center! But there are buses nearby and taxis are not expensive!
The advantage is that our night aurora travel itinerary, return is the first to arrive!

Environment: The twin room we booked is on the second floor. The room is quite spacious, with plenty of room for two suitcases, and the heating is sufficient. Hygiene: There are public toilets and showers, but they are not very convenient because the toilets are for sitting and are shared by men and women, and they are not cleaned very well. The bathroom is also shared by men and women, and the door cannot be locked without a key.
Service: The service attitude of the beauties at the front desk is very good. Although they don’t speak English very well, they can use the translator together. There is no WiFi, but you can store your luggage and open an accommodation form.

A perfectly decent hotel for a small trip. Excellent location, a pedestrian center. Near Terrace and Cafe restaurant white rabbit with delicious northern menus, grocery stores are also nearby. The number fund is not new, but everything is clean and convenient.
