"The night-shift receptionist (older ladies) on 6 October was very helpful and accommodating when I requested hot water from the coffee machine.
However, when I requested hot water again on 7 October, the day-shift receptionist(young lady) was extremely unfriendly and insisted that the machine could only dispense hot coffee. The difference in attitude and willingness to assist was quite disappointing, especially since I had received help with the same request the previous night."

A heartwarming inn run by a family. The former delicatessen serves delicious food.
"Although I was worried until the toilet and bath stayed jointly, there was a feeling of cleanliness and I think it is cheap at this price with breakfast!
However, it is a pity that the hot water was empty and the beverage system was not replenished until check-out even if I tried to use free amenities."
