"Thank you for the stay. I would like to share some constructive feedback for future improvements. Check-in was a bit delayed with a 30-minute wait, and the room had a slight odor as well as some stains on the bedsheets. Additionally, communication skills of some staff members could be improved. On a positive note, the bathroom was very clean. Hope the management considers these points to enhance the guest experience."
