2-Star Hotels in Annecy

Sehr gute Lage, wunderschöner Blick über die Stadt, gute Ausstattung, zuvorkommender Service, hübsche Frühstück-/Brotzeit-Terrasse. Einziges Problem: Das Zimmer unter dem Dach kühlte bei der Hitzewelle im Juni 2026 die ganze Nacht nicht ab. Bei Temperaturen um die 28 Grad Celsius war kaum an schlafen zu denken.

The room wasn't large, the bathroom was even smaller, and the shower room was even smaller. Shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer were provided, but you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Other hygiene services and breakfast were good. Luggage storage was available for free, and the elevator required a room card for security. Parking was available in the hotel's underground garage, but not free. There were many restaurants and bubble tea shops nearby, and a Uniqlo and Miniso were opposite the hotel. It was also very close to the subway station, which was quite convenient.

Very cute little hotel, I really like the front desk here. The ladies and men are very friendly and chat. Go to the old city, go to the lake, go to the train station, bus station, very close, on the commercial street. On the day of check-in, the front desk lady marked on the map and told us which cheese hot pot was delicious, which apple won the award, and where to rent a bicycle. The next day at the hotel, the front desk man also chatted with us and taught us several expressions of goodbye in French. Love this small hotel so much! The room also has a balcony, clean and tidy, and the bathing place is indeed cramped. Sorry, it took so long to comment, the room photo was not taken, Anasi was so beautiful! Definitely worth going!

The room is very small and the bathroom is even more, it is hard to move through it. Location is good, it is close to the station and the center. It has no heating but if a radiator.

No one was at reception, we had to get in using a terminal that didn't work. Fortunately an employee helped us after 20 minutes. I had to prove that I had paid for my reservation. Breakfast ok. Cleanliness, there were pieces of tissues on the carpet in the room. If the window is open, it's very noisy, there is a road and a gas station. They have just opened, some improvements to be made.

The hotel is not located in the city centre. It is reachable by bus and I was unsure about the bus fare as the bus service was free for the summer.

I booked this hostel because of its many positive reviews, but it was definitely overrated 😅 First, as a hostel, not providing towels, shampoo, or shower gel is somewhat acceptable, but there's no option to buy them either. The real problem is, there wasn't even a hairdryer! With my long hair, I had to use the hand dryer in the public restroom 😅 Second, the dorm only had a shower, no toilet. You had to leave the room to use the toilet, and the showerhead was a push-button type, which was very inconvenient. Besides, there were no power outlets by the beds; everyone in the dorm shared two outlets. The signal in the rooms was extremely weak, and there was only Wi-Fi in the common areas, which was often unusable. With all these basic amenities missing, they still offered free breakfast… I'm speechless. As for transportation, although there's a bus down the mountain, it only runs once an hour and stops running around 8 PM, so I was forced to hike back from the city center for half an hour every day. The only advantages were the low price, the beautiful scenery, and the friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Overall, if you can accept these shortcomings, I would still recommend it.

bathroom shower is a little out rated, but overall is good choice

We checked in at late night, the room that was provided to us had bed bugs, literally could see live ones walking on the floor . Blood stains on the floor(crushed bed bugs). The room light also was not working. The images don’t do justice. Pros The receptionist was quite friendly and reasonable , he tried to help us out by checking for other rooms and did his best. The sheets were clean, bathroom was decent.
