GGuest UserJ'ai tout apprécié de l'hôtel; sauf le service de Trip.com , vous n'avez pas transféré le prépaiement a l'hôtel donc j'ai du régler une seconde fois la location de la chambre et à ce jour vous ne m'avez toujours par remboursé!!

Nous souhaitons vous faire part de notre expérience concernant notre séjour.
La première chambre qui nous a été attribuée était malheureusement dans un état inacceptable : une forte odeur d’humidité et de renfermé, ainsi que des traces de moisissure dans la douche. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, ce qui a été fait rapidement
Cependant, même si la seconde chambre était un peu meilleure, elle restait très en dessous de ce que nous étions en droit d’attendre.
Nous tenons à souligner que la literie était bonne et que le personnel a été très aimable et à l’écoute.
Néanmoins, au vu de l’ensemble de notre expérience, nous ne pouvons pas donner un avis favorable et ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement.

The team is nice, the room is clean but since the wall is very fine, you hear everything the neighbor does ... And perhaps he was with a woman **********...

GGuest User7:00 in the morning. Non-existent breakfast. No more bread. No more croissants. No more orange juice. Very expensive for a coffee and a chocolate €18.80. Because of the road to do, no time to wait.
Either the night guy has not been trained or is not up to the task.
Deplorable service!!!!
