Guest UserThe owner provided excellent service, offering pick-up and drop-off service, answering all questions, and even providing some travel tips. My trip to Lushan was successful, and I enjoyed the Three-Tiered Spring Waterfall. I was very satisfied.
The guesthouse environment was very nice and quiet. There were a few minor areas for improvement in cleanliness; the Phnom Penh Daphne had leaks. Overall, it was still very good. I wish the owner great success!

Guest UserThe overall experience of staying at this hotel is great. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the decoration style is simple and atmospheric, and people feel very relaxed as soon as they walk in. The service staff was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and consultation were very timely, making people feel at home. The rooms are well-equipped, the layout is reasonable, and the living is very comfortable. The most important thing is that the price is very high. It is really a surprise to have such a price for such an environment and service. I will definitely come again next time I have a chance!

SIMENG TANTable lamp not working. Room heating system not working. Telephone direct failing to reception not working.
After repeated complaints, phone system reset & working, table lamp replaced with a working one.
Room heating still not working. The vent does not blow out heated air.
I have asked for a room change but still no response. I don't know what's going on now. I am very disappointed. It's already past 20:00 and the heating problem still not solved.

The location is very good to find, from the south gate of the scenic spot to the Huiyuan Road station to walk for a few minutes. The young lady at the front desk was very nice. It rained on the day we went, the wind was very strong, and the young lady lent us no raincoat. The room is also very clean, because at the top of the homestay group, the environment is also very quiet, sleep will not be disturbed

I came earlier, and the boss saw that I had a lot of luggage and arranged for me to check in in advance. The reserved room had not yet been checked out, and he even upgraded my room for free! The room is very sunny and warm, the decoration is simple and elegant, and the cleaning is very clean. Affordable price! There is also free mineral water and the room price is less than 100 yuan, which is a great deal!

Guest UserThe location is very close to the train station, because I have to take the train the next morning and booked it at night. The overall decoration is not particularly new, but it is generally clean, especially the bathroom is quite satisfactory. The air conditioner is a bit slow to start, but the temperature is still enough after it is turned on. Overall, the price is very high!
