The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it very convenient for dining and entertainment. The internal facilities are complete, with smart home systems throughout, and everything is clean and tidy. They even thoughtfully provided an air purifier. They offer a shuttle service to/from Tianfu Airport every hour, which is a very thoughtful and user-friendly service.

Just to be factual, this hotel is in jianyang, so it's quite out of the way from Chengdu city center, not close to any attractions whatsoever, hence the 3 star rating for location (relative to Chengdu city). So start getting busy on your bicycle! Breakfast is really simple, just buns, porridge and small local side dishes. One would probably spend at most 20mins. A bit of a smoky smell when I entered my room, but I'm a single male traveller - can't be bothered. I chose jianyang because I was stopping over for 1 night and wanted to see something a bit different from the usual Chengdu when I last visited Chengdu almost 25yrs ago! So this hotel is right on the bank of the tuo river, plenty of activities to observe the local residents and also to relax in the evening if you want to. Food is not a problem, plenty of restaurants left and right. Would recommend visiting the public museum at 人民路 to understand more about the history of jianyang, then stopover at the nearby shop selling lamb soup - I thought it was pretty darn good. Apparently this is the origin city of 海底捞？don't expect anything fantastic, just a nice place (seems like a residential estate) to wind down. I think jianyang is good for a one day stay and walkabout, this hotel fits the bill well. Not expensive too. Also remember to use the free pickup/dropoff after booking! Cheers

This is truly a hotel that thinks of its guests. The cleanliness is impeccable, right down to every light switch and remote control, all wiped with alcohol wipes. During the complimentary airport pick-up, the driver saw me holding my sleeping child and proactively adjusted the car's temperature higher. The snacks aren't the usual generic commercial street fare; instead, it's local stalls bustling with people: ice tangyuan, roasted pig trotters, and maocai. You can get a full meal for 10 yuan, a great meal for 20 yuan, and walking back to the hotel after overeating is perfect for digestion.

Facilities: Well-equipped, ensuring a worry-free stay. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. A truly pleasant experience with no unpleasant odors. Environment: The hotel boasts an elegant and tranquil atmosphere, providing a very quiet and comfortable stay. The overall experience was excellent. Service: Warm and attentive service. Check-in was efficient and quick, which was great. The hotel even has a courtyard where you can relax and chat with friends in the evening. They also offer free 24-hour airport and subway transfers. If you're driving, parking is also very convenient. (I'll definitely book this hotel again for my next trip!)

We needed a hotel to spend one night before we could go to Chengdu CTU airport for Shenzhen, the receptionist was helpful even though we had a language barrier luckily wechat was there for rescue, the rooms were decent however to our surprise the room had ******** locked in a box which I had to hide because we had kids, its a basic hotel, bed was comfortable for a night, staff even arranged a taxi for us to goto a hotpot restaurant, which was delicious, the hotel is bit out of the way, hotel condition is bit rundown, it is roughly 15 mins drive from the airport but the driver was polite they offer free pick and drop.

My stay here was nothing short of perfect, and I'm compelled to give it a full five-star review! I had pre-booked the airport transfer service, and while I was initially worried it might cause delays, the driver was perfectly on time, waiting exactly at the designated spot. Seeing our several large suitcases, he immediately and warmly came forward to assist us, helping us all the way to the hotel entrance. This prompt and thoughtful service instantly swept away all the fatigue from our journey. Upon checking in at the front desk, the staff member was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. She patiently answered all our questions, and the check-in process was very swift. She even proactively shared helpful information about local amenities around the hotel. Our first impression was absolutely stellar. Stepping into the room, I was completely blown away. The bed linens were sparkling clean and felt incredibly soft, the floors were so pristine you could comfortably walk barefoot, and the bathroom's glass door and sink were spotless, with not a single water stain. Even the mirror was polished to a brilliant shine. There was absolutely no need to worry about hygiene; all I wanted to do was lie down comfortably and relax. From the seamless transport coordination and meticulous service details to the core cleanliness of the accommodation, every single aspect was executed flawlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay. Without a doubt, it will be my top choice the next time I'm in the area!

The hotel is situated in a remote area, likely due to the new airport nearby. While the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, there was a slight smell of smoke. The convenience of airport pickup and drop-off is a definite plus, especially in such a remote location. We arrived at midnight and found no restaurants nearby, so we went to bed hungry, relying on the snacks we had brought. The hotel advertised breakfast included, but when I went to the lobby at 7:00 AM, I was disappointed to find only soy milk and watermelon (which was lying open from midnight) nothing else available. I waited over 30 minutes with no staff in sight. By 8:00, I decided to venture out to buy some fruit from nearby shops. In a remote area like this, it would be better not to advertise breakfast if it’s so limited. Had we known, we would have come prepared rather than going to catch our flight by 11.00 on an empty stomach. What was offered felt more like snacks (soy milk and Buns) than a proper breakfast.

I booked this hotel because i had an early flight. The room was really nice and clean. The receptionist spoke english and helped with everything. In the morning they even arranged transport for us for free to the airport and the breakfast was also nice. In the end i would really like to appreciate the hotel staff as we forgot some stuff at the hotel which when we contacted them they parcelled to us in shanghai. Overall the experience was great and i would highly recommend.

This is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us. The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
