"We booked the hotel before booking the air tickets, but letter got the air tickets a day before our arriving date , we sent several messages to the hotel's e mail address as well as to trip.com to adjust our booking.... none responded to our communications, we tried to contact the hotel by phone, but they do not respond too. with more frustration, when i showed the e mails copy at the reception counter (Hotel) the checked and informed that they have received the mails... did not even bother to give me any explanation for not responding to my request. My colleague and I, had to stay in a different hotel for 1 night and left AZ Hotel Vouge, D or a night before... this non - cooperation not only cost us USD 200 more but had to face a lot of trouble ."

"The worker entered the room without knocking. Upon our arrival, the toilet and one of the beds were dirty. Breakfast was very limited. The restaurant is best avoided; the food wasn't fresh. And don't be in a hurry if you want to be served."

"Lovely hotel masha Allah - standouts include both the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff who were exceptional with their attentive service. Restaurant food at Le Grand Bleu was of high quality, we experienced a lovely dinner service and we made sure to thank the head chef who was very friendly as well as the waiters. The two young male waiters were super friendly and professional, lovely to see. Breakfast service was very good too. Only thing about the hotel that would have been nicer is if the private bathroom had a bath tub in the Executive/Privilege with sea view and a cooler room during summer months. Still highly recommend this hotel."
