"This is a road side hotel/motel its right off the highway in a very small town! It was very outdated, and decor was not matching, I think a man decorated and painted it LOL, Nothing matches anything lol, but my room was clean! Im not a picky person just needed a bed to sleep in for a night. The guy was very helpful and friendly when I checked in. I am a midnight person, so I decided i wanted some microwave popcorn at midnight, the microwave either ran to hot or i bought bad popcorn. But in less then 2 minutes it burnt really bad, I set off the smoke alarms....lol and the room smelt really bad even in the morning when I left. I'm sure I woke my neighbors, so I apologize for that. If you just need a place to sleep its fine and not gonna cost an arm an leg! I would stay again."

The Trail Inn - Slayton, MN - Hwy 59

"We needed a place, and when I called, they had availability. It was clean and things worked. I think they should move the open garbage container that was directly in front of the air conditioner outside our room--to a new location. There are also no amenities, other than a TV, microwave and refrigerator. They have coffee in the morning, but it appeared there was only one pot and someone emptied it before I got there at 7am. No one was available at checkout, so myself and another person left our keys on the counter."
