"We have booked this hotel as my partner was diving at Deepspot next day. From the start everything went wrong. On check in we have discovered that they are having big weeding - nobody bothered to inform us earlier about it so we could stay in different hotel. They tried to give us room on the ground floor which we have refused. Receptionist offered room on the second floor with air condition that didn’t work. They have sent maintenance but it only blow warm air. We had no choice but stay in hot room, with wedding downstairs and running kids and people around. They are greedy, they don’t care and nobody can’t be bothered. Awful experience"

The manager didn't want to talk to us. Why can't hotels be honest an tell you there are works going on? Our car, parked out front is filthy and the hotel weren't interested. Terrible customer service. "
