Overall, I had a good stay at Morazen Surabaya. The hotel is very well located, making it convenient to get around and explore the city. The facilities are good, and the room was clean and comfortable.
The main area that could be improved is the breakfast buffet. As a vegan, I would have appreciated having some simple vegan options such as tempeh or tofu. Also, for a longer stay, the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied so that there are more options from day to day.
Overall, a good hotel with a convenient location, clean rooms, and good facilities. With a little more variety and better vegan options at breakfast, it would be an even better experience.

The room was quite clean and tidy with no hygiene issues. The location was decent, convenient for getting around. The service was excellent; they even asked what you'd like to drink at the restaurant during breakfast. The gym was conveniently located nearby.

1. There are no storage lockers for any of the beds, and the front desk said they’re under repair. This really affects the experience. However, there are cameras in the common areas, which should reduce the chances of personal belongings being stolen.
2. The location is good, with malls nearby. Starbucks and McDonald's are within a 10-minute walk.
3. The hostel lobby is too dark, making it difficult to read, but the lighting in the bathrooms is quite good.

Guest UserOur room was fine, however the hotel and amenities are a bit old. Located next to some shopping malls and cafes, also there is Indomaret over the corner. There is a spacious parking lot. The buffet breakfast was quite nice, with plenty of options to choose from.

Travela-dicUnder 300K across from TP1. Really a value buy! Want to eat, walk, cultural center, shopping, all walking distance. The compact size of the room is not a problem at all, as long as all the facilities are clean. That's enough!
