Shop 300 m, supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Büsum" 500 m, sandy beach 800 m, indoor swimming pool 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km, tennis 10 m. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. 1-room apartment 23 m2, on the ground floor. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and DVD. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Kitchenette in the entrance (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Small terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.
"The apartment has everything it needs and was just right for us. Little things could be changed. The refrigerator was very noisy, but no longer audible when the door was closed. The mattress can be renewed because it is worn out in some places. Otherwise"
