"Sad observation on our arrival - cold welcome and in addition the PMR apartment which had been granted to us by telephone a week before had just been given to others because supposedly it had not been noted and there were none more - it started off badly!!!! Luckily, the residence has 1 elevator - our apartment is very clean with a view of the tennis court and swimming pool - cramped room - what a hassle you have to contort yourself to make the beds and get out of them - (I understand why we don't offer beds made to arrival) - the narrow bathroom and very high shower tray but everything very functional - well done - the kitchen is pretty, spacious. The buffet catering is not very diversified and disappointing - canteen style with too many industrially preserved products, a shame because the main dishes made "home" are tasty - the bread is very bad - the table is rarely set and everyone puts their fingers everywhere. ... The outdoor terrace of the restaurant under the trees with a lake view is very pleasant with its little birds but not swept away - broken glass on the ground during our 4 days - yet charming French or Spanish staff who do their best. The swimming pool, like the rest, no steps but narrow ladders and a stony ground with tar at the place of the deckchairs and grass almost everywhere due to lack of maintenance - We found the atmosphere a little "dreary "Overall and for us 4 days is enough."
