"The facilities are old. The hallway leading to the suites on the 6th floor is dark. The hallway carpet is old and stained. The room is also old, and we couldn't turn on the living room air conditioning. The bathroom light switch plate had exposed wires, making it impossible to safely turn on the light. The bathtub doesn't work for hydrotherapy. Breakfast is nothing more than what hotels usually offer. The pool wasn't working, which was a major selling point. It was very unpleasant not being able to use it, especially since the hotel doesn't have any other amenities."
