"First of all, I would like to suggest that the hotel should indicate on its website that the hotel entrance is inside the Solna Centrum shopping mall, not on the street. I dragged my luggage up and down and searched for the entrance for a long time. Some residents asked me from the balcony of my house if I was looking for a hotel, saying that many tourists couldn't find it. Thank you to this kind resident who came down and walked me through the building and into the mall. My single room was very clean, but the bathroom was really small and the sink was too small. Moreover, the windows were broken and could not be opened, and the blinds were also broken, and they went up and fell down again. What makes me most dissatisfied is that the bottom of the door is tilted up for some reason and cannot fit tightly with the door frame, so I am often woken up by the sound of the door closing in the corridor early in the morning😤! Other than that, everything is very good. The location is very convenient next to the subway. The breakfast is rich, the bathroom is clean, the room is warmly decorated and has a view."

"The location is okay - near the Jarva Krog Flybussarna bus stop from Arlanda airport. We checked in late and the service was poor. We were put in an unsatisfactory room that looked very old decor-wise, had a blocked sink only had one working bedside light which wasn't working. The emergency exit was blocked with cleaning equipment and the carpet in the hallway was very old and dirty. For some reason the sofa bed had been made into a bed, when there were only 2 of us. We complained and asked if we could be moved to a better room. We were told we would have to wait until the next day. We asked if we could have some working bedside lights and were given a lightbulb that didn't work and a random light from the back of the reception area. We were eventually moved to a better room with more up to date facilities but noted that the fire exit on this floor was also blocked with children's beds. We pointed this out to the hotel staff who seemed totally disinterested about this major safety risk. Overall, the service and attention to detail throughout the hotel was very poor - staff were not helpful and spent more time talking to each other. The breakfast was good but tables were not cleared and the floor was dirty. The overall appearance of the hotel is run down - cups not cleared from tables in the hallways and carpets very old and dirty. An unpleasant experience. Not recommended. "

"Abdi was very accommodating on my arrival. I had arrived early and needed to leave my bag on the premises. He waited for me to organise myself and made me coffee. The place had the most comfy beds for a jetlagged sleep, I highly recommend this place for a good rest. The location was in a really lovely area, just a little bit out of town from where my friends were...but the transport is really easy to get to and from the city centre. There are also some really nice shops, restaurants and cafes around the hotel that I discovered after I checked out."
