"We reached hotel at around 12 pm,we were told check in time is 2pm however they will call if room is available,we reached at 3.30pm they never called , and breakfast is strictly limited with few veg items and no eggs as well.they even run out of pickles or ice if you plan to enjoy your drink in the room even I told them to refill shower gel couple of times which they never did ,They had no internet as well on the first day and only you tube works on their tv. at 11am they called to check out as that was there check out time ,I have been to many hotels never ever I have seen so unapologetic and inhospitable behaviour by the staff. They don't have a swimming pool nor a garden to stroll around.i had taken two interconnecting rooms for two nights ,it's the first time I had a bad experience with a new branded hotel ,right from front desk ,housekeeping or the restaurant. They should learn from Sterling Puri staff how a hotel should be run."

"We recently stayed at Story by ITC, The Kaba Retreat for two nights and had a wonderful experience. We booked Premium Rooms, which were spacious, well-equipped, and offered beautiful views from the balcony. As this was a moms-and-kids trip, we especially appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff, who were always just a call away and ensured our needs were met. The property itself is beautiful, with an indoor pool and a kids' play area that our children thoroughly enjoyed. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the service throughout our stay was outstanding. A special thanks to Ankit, Shivangi, Ravinder ji, Mahendra Ji, Vinay Ji, and Chef Uttam Singh Ji for making us feel so comfortable and for going the extra mile to make our stay memorable. We had a fantastic time and would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway."

Very helpful staff . good views from the front lawns of the property . 5 kms of The final approach road is in a terrible state currently The rooms are aesthetically appointed but small . "**Hotel Review: Disappointing Stay at [Hotel the chabal]** I recently stayed at [Hotel the chabal] and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory despite the newness of the property. **Rooms:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ The rooms were modern and well-furnished, which was a pleasant surprise. The smart TV provided good entertainment options, but the lack of Wi-Fi severely limited its functionality. However, while the rooms appeared clean on the surface, the floor cleanliness was not up to par, especially for families with toddlers. I found it necessary to clean the floors myself to ensure they were safe for my child. **Food Service:** ⭐⭐☆☆☆ The food service left much to be desired. The quality of the meals was inconsistent, with some dishes arriving unappetizing. The biggest disappointment was the misleading policy on the kids' menu. Despite their claim that meals for children under 5 are free, I was charged for my child's meals. This inconsistency is both frustrating and unacceptable. **Staff and Hospitality:** ⭐⭐☆☆☆ The staff's attitude was a major letdown. They seemed indifferent and unresponsive to guest needs. My concerns about the cleanliness and the incorrect billing were met with a lack of urgency and a dismissive attitude. The hospitality fell far short of expectations, making the overall experience quite uncomfortable. **Overall:** ⭐⭐☆☆☆ While the rooms themselves were decent and had potential, the lack of proper cleanliness, unreliable Wi-Fi, subpar food service, and poor staff hospitality overshadowed the positives. [Hotel the chabal]needs significant improvements in these areas to provide a pleasant stay for its guests. I would hesitate to recommend this hotel until these issues are addressed."

"Recently I stayed few days in Luxe Resorts, Kasauli. It has an excellent location - overlooking the valley with beautiful tall Pine & Deodhar trees. Terrace has excellent views with captivating starry nights. It is quiet, calm and tranquil while being just 2 kms away to mall road. Rooms were spacious, clean, well maintained with balconies facing the valley. Staff polite, professional and courteous. They went above and beyond their duty to ensure my stay is comfortable. Chef was great cook. He prepared very delicious yummy meals. What I appreciated most was their flexibility for things I wanted to eat. I strongly recommend others to stay & experience Luxe Resorts hospitality."
