"Rekomended hotel yg kids friendly bgt.. kaget bgt pas nginep disini semua staffnya ramah2 poll. Mulai dari satpam di depan lobby sampe semua petugas yg di dalam. Petugas yg jaga di area mini zoo juga ramah bgt kids friendly! Lokasinya strategis banget. Kalo malem buanyakk bgt yg jualan makanan jadi gak perlu bingung. Ini tuh kaya ada di kawasan elit gitu sih menurutku. Walaupun jalananya agak sedikit macet tapi gak kecewa sama sekali selama nginap disini. Ahhh pokoknya mau lagi sih nanti nginap disini lagi. Anakku seneng banget sampe gamau diajak pulang 😅 bismillah semoga dikasih rezeki lagi untuk bisa balik nginap disini lagi.. terimakasih fortuna grande pokoknya best banget pelayanannya🥰"

"Very fantastic... The facilities are commensurate and I think a little more than the price.. The room size is not that big. But the layout and composition in the room create a comfortable vibes. Moreover, with that price there is already AC and android tv. Can watch full movies to accompany the wife. The location is also in the middle of the city. "Strategic location with lots of useful ammenities. The apartment was nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable, small kitchen was handy to have and bathroom was clean. I also really enjoyed the cushion on the window seat to take in the view of Mt. Merapi. In the future I think that the check in and check out process could be streamlined, including contacting the guest prior to check in to provide the required information and maybe having a document in the apartment that outlines the check out process. Apart from that I was very happy with my stay and would visit again."

"Room was okay but not very okay because trip.com purchase through 3rd party tiket.com and did not pass the room we choose non-smoking, so we ended up with room for a smoker and same level for all room for smoking. Hotel did a good gesture after we make a call to Mr. Bagus to solve this matter as hotel was full house to make sure our room comfortable, the housekeeping did change our sheet, and everything in bed also spray our room with perfume to make smoke odor gone. I was hopeless actually because the 3rd party was tiket.com local travel agent online which wasn't reliable like traveloka they are the same. But trip.com already apologize for the mistake and offer us as gesture a goodwill for their mistake, so I won't take any further action or complain as the hotel management already tried their best solved our problem. Thank you. I hope this never happen again in the future, they need double check and make sure their agreement with 3rd party is gone through very well and no mistake happen again"

"The room is good for its price. Situated at the back of Ambarrukmo Plaza, Yogya’s one of the top end mall, the Victoria hotel is a great choose for me and my friend while we exploring the city. First of all, the price is very affordable, and at this price range, the benefit that I got from what the hotel is offering is worth it. Unlike many other hotel at its price range, the room is not cramped. It is well maintained that I don’t feel like I’m in some sort of budget hotel or anything. Amenities provided are also complete, they have indoor one time use slippers, one time use toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo. My room is the Deluxe and is suppose to face the pool, but it is quite in the front so my view is someone else’s property, I had to peek and press my cheek to the window to see the pool from my room. The deluxe room is also come with large glass window on the bathroom wall that face inside. They are great for couple, but luckily, it has shutter so it also great for family and friends. These two are what distinguish the deluxe and superior room. Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit and would definitely choose Victoria hotel again in the future for my stay."
