"The breakfast was not very good. Personally, I generally do not like breakfasts where the hot items in the open buffet are cold or the cold items are constantly left out. It would be my preference to have sprinkles. But overall, it is a nice hotel in terms of its location and historical structure."

"There is no valet service. If you come by car, you just stare blankly at the door asking where to go. There is no bellboy service. The mini bar in the room is empty. They have set up a grocery store next to the reception. You go and buy whatever you want from there. It was a very repulsive sight. I was definitely not happy with my stay. It is a 3rd class hotel, just a Hilton."

"The room on the 5th floor is on the top floor. There is only an angled skylight on the roof, and no curtains to block the light. It will be a bit troublesome if you don't want to get up early. Everything else is perfect. The front desk can speak fluent English."

"We went to use the pub restaurant, they said we cannot open a bottle, they only serve it as a double or a single bottle, and when we asked for it that way, they sold us bottles, but there was no proper ice bucket, no care. And they came to the table with a post saying that we needed to make an interim payment for the 2500 TL bill. I definitely do not recommend it if you are going with a friend."

"Besides personal not speaking any languages but Turkish (easy solution is google translate) the hotel room we got was very very poor - toilet smell met us at the door got it sorted by opening all taps to flash the sewage pipes but yet smell was there, then water from taps came out as from very poor maintained tap, ventilation thing was full of dust and floor was full of stains. "Worker very friendly. Central location is good. I was already there for the 2nd time. I was not satisfied with the management at all. I was sick in the night. I was there with my mother sick at dementia. I had to give up myself several times in the night and I had unfortunately had drowned 3 decks and my mother did not even work well that I had ordered . I had completely swallowed everything crazy, so you couldn't see the fuck, I also announced that it should be thrown away immediately and I will take over all the costs. I've apologised several times. Instead of throwing away what I expressly announced, this was tried to wash in the washing machine, the employee was probably bad, the manager was angry, she accused us under the belt line, that we had all crazy and "should go" and not listen to me at all and absolutely no understanding, although I have clearly cleaned the bathroom myself. It was just the bed covers that were crazy. The line was not good at all to speak to the case. I had to hear that I can't buy everything with money and it was understood to me, that I had no understanding of the cleaning forces. I was very shocked about the leader. We are people it can happen everything if you get ill and just have Alzheimer's dementia. I also told her I'd evaluate this, and then she assumed I would threaten her. She was very hysterical."
